• Collaborating with an EPAM business analyst I facilitated workshops to build a roadmap of improvements for Bell. 

• The effort succeeded in surfacing risk areas for Bell that had not been fully understood prior to the workshops. 

• Through a collaboration exercise I led Bell’s staff to create a roadmap of work 

• The roadmap was created using the distributed Aha! Tool.
