Agile coaching for a $7 Billion/year truck leasing business in the USA. Creating and pitching a solution to the client. Hands-on agile coaching & training of staff and client's agile coach. Initial Assessment of the business's software dev practices Recommendation to use two proof-of-concept (POC) teams to experiment with agile practices.
