• In this assignment I had to take-over from an under-performing agile coach who had caused reputational damage to EPAM with, potentially, global ripple effects with EPAM’s largest client. 

• I worked with UBS management to understand the issues involved. 

• I built an executed a corrective agile coaching program for UBS’s teams. 

• I successfully handed-over the program to UBS’s internal improvement organization.
