I’m creating a model of work that provides clients with an informed approach to increasing effectiveness and competitiveness by applying lean and agile practices. The Agility Elements model includes traditional predictive work and non-traditional complex work. 

My current focus is: 

• Refining Agility Elements’ organizing model 

• Simulating existing work practices and improvements 

• Creating a visual depiction of the model that can be accessed online
